Community Benefit Connect Certificate Program

In this course, you will learn about the tasks, knowledge, and skills necessary for competent performance as a community benefit professional.

Based on a national job analysis, five content domains were identified that comprise the knowledge required to effectively function in the role of a community benefit professional. 

The five domains (in the order presented) are as follows:

Domain 1: Community Health Improvement and Strategic Planning
Domain 2: Regulatory Requirements, Compliance, and Reporting
Domain 3: Infrastructure
Domain 4: External Stakeholder Engagement
Domain 5: Data Collection, Reporting, and Evaluation
